• Family Culture

  A weekly space to discuss matters, share thoughts, resolve conflicts, and make decisions together.

  Members come together to communicate openly and articulate shared values.

  The council guides the space and begins implementing these values in accordance with our vision.

• Governance (Masculine & Feminine Structure)

  Brotherhood & Sisterhood votes for their representatives.

  Representatives are the council in charge of community meetings and bringing fourth members shared values and aligning them in accordance with our vision.

  The Council subcontracts with members to execute tasks that propel the community towards it’s shared value and vision.

• Consent-based governance

  We make decisions by consent, not consensus or majority rule. A decision moves forward unless someone raises a reasoned objection tied to our shared purpose — not simply a personal preference. This keeps decision-making thoughtful, gives everyone a real voice, and prevents unresolved emotion from steering the community.

• Private vs Collective ownership

  Our community is held in trust and collectively cared for by its members, with the trust accountable to the community’s principles and vision.

  All structures built on community land become part of the community trust while remaining under the caretaker’s right of use. Allowing them to manage and use the structure according to their wishes. If the caretaker needs to move or leaves the land, the community can purchase the structure at a fair and competitive price.

  Personal property brought into the community remains in the member’s private trust and care.

• Member Homesteads

  Private homesteads for members are one of our priorities. Homesteads will be prioritized to members based of community's viability and prosperity, in harmony with our compassion for human needs.

  We want to provide members with a basic homestead where they can ground themselves, establish roots, and develop their long-term journey into the community. A homestead is provided in exchange for supporting the community by producing basic necessities and traded on our local market.

  As members establish themselves on their home and land, we encourage them to express their unique qualities back into our culture by taking leadership in an areas such as yoga, meditation, dance, art, education, plant medicine and more. Supporting the community in their own unique way helping our culture to prosper.

• Open Membership Framework

  Provides access to certain community resources while upholding membership guidelines that protect both creators and members. With power comes responsibility: balancing freedom with accountability.

  (Example needed: The workshop is under communal trust while all items brought in by the member is their private belongings. It is up to the guardian who bought the saw to decide how it is managed. The collective can ask to buy a share of the saw to gain autonomy over it. If the workshop is running out of space it is up to the guardians of the workshop and the collective to find an agreement for investing into that space.

• Community Initiates

  New members begin their journey into the community through our Brotherhood and Sisterhood Sanctuary.

  Community members can host aspirants on their private homestead, with approval from the community.

• Economy

  The GDP of the community is centered around hemp and bamboo as our primary export. Hemp and bamboo are part of our core when it comes to embodying self sufficiency. To keep the production sustainable, each homestead will be supported by a legendary vertical greenhouse system capable of producing 1000 crops with an automated irrigation system.

  Members and representatives will coordinate which crops each homestead focuses on for trade within our marketplace.

  As members take leadership over their unique vocation and integrate it into our culture and the larger economy, they will create new streams of income and gain more freedom of choice in which crops they choose to farm.

• Subordination & Sovereignty

  RESONATE-ABSORVE-CLARITY-SOVEREIGNTY-RERESONATE

  Subordination and sovereignty. We begin in community, subordinating ourselves to a sovereignty education that extends beyond us and is bound by our treaty. Through that subordination we earn merit, and through merit we gain the clarity and power to become truly sovereign, both together and each in our own right. Like all social creatures striving to be whole, we find our sovereignty not apart from one another, but through each other.

  Subordination and sovereignty. We begin already whole, and community is where that wholeness reveals itself. We subordinate to a shared sovereignty education, our treaty, as a practice of remembering what we are, together and each in our own right. Merit and clarity are not prizes to chase, they are what becomes visible when we let things be as they naturally are.

Community Design 🌲

• Marketplace

  The heart of the community, recreational park for strengthening relationships through exchange, networking, workshops, and shared experiences.

• Community Hall

  School for members to educate themselves within their journey of sovereignty. Also a place of leisure, formalities, daycare, networking, projects, workshops and cafeteria connected to our recreational park.

• Brotherhood & Sisterhood Sanctuary

  A sanctuary for structured living, spiritual practice, mutual aid, service and meaningful relationships. Regular meetups for socializing and fun activities.

• Daycare center

  A supervised safe space for children within the community hall, with direct access to the recreational park. Supporting families, learning, play, and connection.
